In normal individuals, after the wound is healed, a feed-back, switch-off mechanism results in reduced PhK activity. Directions: wash the skin with gentel soap and water. Pat dry with a towel. If your skin is think and scaly, you may apply a layer of rubbing alcohol prior to applying YoungAlways Skintech. However if the skin is cracked, dry, sun-damaged, irriated or inflamed, you may dampen the skin with water instead, before application.

Use a clean Q-tip to transfer a small dab of YoungAlways Skintech onto the skin. Do not re-dip, so as not to transfer bacteria from the skin back to the jar. While the skin is still damp, massage a thin layer of gel quickly, yet thoroughly, over the skin before it dries, spreading it out as far as it will go. A generous application is not necessary. If YoungAlways stains the skin yellow, feels sticky or appear flaky, too much has been applied. You may use sunscreen, moisturizer or makeup over the YoungAlways layer once it is dry.
